thunder-BKSD only aquired US Voice & Data in October 2007. So the 927k was Brooksides revenues without USVD. The $13.4 million is a Pro-forma number combining the #927,000 with USVD's 9 month numbers which were around $12.5 million. Had the two companies been combined for the full nine months, then the $13.4 would have been the reported numbers.
The first time we are going to see a true combined number reported will be in the BKSD 10K that is due in mid March which will cover the fourth quarter combined.
