Thank You for the informative post! Great potential if their business plan succeeds.
Is it possible that the deal with Vicis fell through since they haven't filed with the SEC and thus explaining the dilution that has been going on?
I'm down 50% from buying at what I thought was bottom. Waiting to pull the trigger again when 10k or other positive news reverses the current trend.
