Cole if you know about biling for shipment you know that the shipper pays for the shipping; except in COD. Here is the issue. Did Joe or Uli actually ship the material? If so then they would be the shipper as neither worked for GlobeTel at the time. It would be even more conclusive if Joe is the one that billed for shipping You are attempting to make simple something that has been GlobeTeled. The court may well have a problem with this suit, especially due to the length of time taken to bring it. They could have started two weeks after the shipment was delivered.
