OT: nieves: I have a 4 year old iMac with 9.0 that shows pop-ups. Is it just the newer Macs with OS X that eliminates pop ups.

My DSL provider (Verizon) has a program that eliminates pop ups, but it is not for the Macs. After reading bulldzr's post today, I downloaded a trial version of panicware's blocker for the Mac. Are you aware of any other versions?
