OT:olddog967-You're 100% correct...it is the iMac w/the Safari browser running on it, man...I've nerver seen a pop up, but on my PC...oh my, not even the XP MSN 8 prevents that headach.
I do have this program on my PC that helps w/spyware..it's called:SPYWARENUKER, first time I used it, it revealed over 3,000 "little spys" on my computer! LOL...one quick scan and they were history.

It will block pop ups but then I suppose they will come out with POP unders.


Internet Explorer will get its own built-in pop-up blocker. Intranets won't be affected, but when you're surfing the Web, IE will block any pop-up or pop-under window that wasn't triggered by your click. In the beta, an audible pop signals each blocking event.
