You are correct..But March is not over yet...and All the Operators have learned from the Hutchinson experience..not to go COMMERCIAL with their WCDMA Infrastructure until proven, interoperable dual mode 3G handsets are in their hands first..IMO: We will learn about NEC 3G handsets being shipped to numerous Operators other than Hutchinson before IDCC reports their First Quarter 2004 revenues..
