I just talked to Romano and put some of our qns to him. He says the following:
-Digital sourcemedia is their company. They own it along with painting companies and satalite offices which he did not identify
-The address they use is their accountants and register agents office called Browns and company AT 1700 eastwood dr bla bla bla...
-I called Browns and Co to confirm (third time in 3 days) and Mr Brown verifys no such thing. He says (message given to me through his secretary) that they haven't been affiliated with IA in "quite some time." Very troubling.
-The building on the IA website says the future home of IA. They dont own it now, just want to. Now operate out of my previously stated address.
-The IA company CEO is vince Romano. Larrys cousin. (Dont know why that's important other than that the bashdown artist MLM kept asking.
- Their interest in NSOL is: contracts, site agreements, and putting together compatable companies.
-He seemed to actually be more interested in Fuel Frontiers. Said that NSOL has underperformed expectations.
-They are now in the process of going over all of NSOLs paperwork and said that this process would be completed within 7-10 days. From his tone of voice, it seemed to be in no way a sure thing. I told him that and he acted confident, and qualified with: we just need to know what we are buying. That's not a quote. Just the way I remember it.
I called their alleged lawyers and the secretary seemed to indicate that the IA case is being handled by their law firm (not positive about this because she said she "did a search," came up with some lawyers names from Klehr, harrison, harvey branzburg and Ellers LLP and gave them to me. All I know). I left a message on the answering machine of 2 lawyers to please give me a call back, and that hasn't happened yet. Law firm checks out- very reputable. I'll tell you what happens in regard to our phone conversations if I ever manage to talk to them.
Havent bought back in, because still very troubled by Mr. Brown's comment (talked to his secretary who asked him for me) that they no longer had an association with IA, which is completely contradictory to Romano who definitively said that it was his accountants and register agents office. Can someone please call him to verify that this is what he said cause that is seriously the only thing that seems fishy to me at this point after all of our paranoid unknowns have been filled in. MLMs comments make me really want a piece of this company. Twist things that I know to be otherwise and you will only convince me of your ineptitude. MLM: """"A company doing a deal like this with a mailbox outside of a car dealership and sharing offices, phones with a small-time web services company....that's just out of control!LOL"""" Completely erroneus statement. Word is worth nothing. I have no motivation in this post for I am just checking things out at this point to see if it is safe to go back into the water. At this point, it doesnt seem that it is.
