I have always had a problem with the NSOL address. Your points are valid. No need to get in a tizzy and try to prove something with a long winded response. NSOL has serious problems and you raise a lot of valid questions. I believe the other office is near the watergate bldg. It was listed in one of the documents. Ask techno or tomatoes..I can't remember where it was listed. No need to rehash...if someone has time to find this address I'll try to go check it out and do more than a drive by.
