"""You are right about the NSOL office. Live 3 miles from DC and have gone to that address. I have posted on this board regarding the address also. although they have another office listed that I have not been to that is an office building."""

question(s): where in any SEC filing, has this other DC office ever been revealed to shareholders??????.....and WHY don't they use that address, instead of the UPS store....

PS: isn't it kind of deceitful to say that they are a "suite 191" in the UPS store address, if there are no suites there???

PPS: you people are in a tizzy over the IA address, but NSOL is the Co being assigned $110M value, why hasn't anyone ever had a problem with the discrepancies of NSOL's address (and the address the original IA letter was sent to for the unsolicited buyout).....

PPPS: Notice the slight difference in zip codes on the Nevada S-of-State site, for IA, compared to that listed on the letter sent in response to the TO:

"""On January 17, 2008 the Board Of Directors Sent the Following Letter to Inter-Americas, Inc.

January 17, 2008

President

Inter-Americas, Inc.

Mailing State: IL Mailing Zip Code: 600980728"""
