Good post Mike, that pretty much sums up where we are at now. MOSH is in a GREAT position here and things could get moving towards trial a lot sooner than most seem to think IMO. There was NOTHING negative about yesterday's rulings for MOSH, it was in fact very positive IMO.
Yesterday's Harris Co fillings gave any of you new to this or with a desire to be in this a great opportunity to up your possitions with the "freak out" reaction it caused.
Thanks for the summary, hopefully this will be confirmed by MOSH legal team when they make their announcement as to what went on in the court filings. The mass sell off probably wasn't helped with that negative statement you put out yesterday which probably induced many people to sell, I know it did me when I saw the pps plummeting down.I then looked into the situation further and saw not a lot had changed apart from potential problems of how we will fund a long term court battle. I bought back in at a lower rate which not only halved my losses (if I had not sold) but also picked up a few thousand more into the bargain. So we wait for further announcements which are due....???? MOSH Legal team MON/TUES? JPMC ANY day? Is this correct?
