___________ JPM to resign as trustee ___________

Everyone read between the lines and observe the following facts:

1) JPM ALREADY filed a notice of "intent to resign" with the SEC http://www.secinfo.com/d11MXs.u2mW5.8.htm

2) JPM and MOSH asked for the courts blessing in the resignation and CSA. The judge basically said you guys do what you have to do and the court does not need to approve the agreement

3) PXD asked for a temporary injunction to prevent JPM from resigning and stop the CSA. The court said sorry PXD we can not stop them.


What you think is going to happen next???? JPM will follow through with what it has been planning on doing with MOSH. JPM will step down as trustee. Then one of two things will probably happen

1) JPM will resign and not appoint a new trustee. After some time passes the judge will eventually step in and have to appoint a temp trustee

2) JPM will resign and appoint a temporary trustee. PXD will cry and try to bring claims against JPM or not because then discovery will happen and PXD likes to hide certain records ;)

JPM is going to release a PR shortly. You probably want to be a MOSH unit holder before this PR is out :)
