JGBUZ My apology..If its warranted??? first reread my post I had a few to drink the night before and was not in the mood to read a paranoid long,petty basher or someone that was to lazy to read the filing. If you don't fall into any of those categories I apologize. On first glance you fit at least 2. I looked at a few of previous posts here (very short history) and they were made up of I would be very careful here be wary of management here. I think that was the USGA board and possibly more than one warning. Then the "is NITE in troube here" for a mutual funds guy you seen to be fairly opinionated about a couple of penny issue's. If you are new then with time you will realize that usually when a person posts on multiple boards an link that has anything to do with shares and ownership and doesn't go yipeeee "so and so is buying" they are usually trying to create some doubt that the opposite is happening. At least thats my experience. Third ,did you bother to read the filing?? Did you have an opinon about the filing ? did you have a question about what the filing meant.again 99% of the time I have seen a link and the "is this old " as the only editorial I assume poster is asking for something "bad" to be discussed. Apparently,and I am taking your work, that wasn't your intent so I apologize. I am not a wizard at reading these either but my take is the person had over 5% of the shares and thusly was in a category that had to be documented when they added or sold shared. With the increased shares going from 70 some million to 80 some million with the debenture settlement and all that 5% became less than 5% so the person was filing to put that on the record and did not amount to and intent to sell IMO. The good news is I rarely post on this board so you shouldn't have to read my concerns and I can just avoid yours,agreed? Hope you do will with your investment here...Whiter Shade of Pale
