The principal assets of ICC Italy, Srl consisted of a small amount of office furniture. The liabilities of the company exceeded its assets.

As a result of the sale, the Company has no further responsibility for the liabilities of ICC Italy, Srl.

Stocks like this are the worst to buy without good experience. Bid sitters make $$$$ on these, not impulse buys. The trick is to stay away and hit 20-50% winners when they present themselves.

I'm new to ICCW and a bit confused. Barcharts and others rate ICCW as a strong buy but in the last 2 days my investment is down by 2/3. Am I missing something? or are we headed to .0001?
If there is a RM will that put us at .0001?
Was this just another pump and dump? ICCW shows no earnings so how could it possably go up?

ICCW .0019 showing only 329k shares to .10. Once ICCW goes it will go fast and hard. New website and possible r/m candidate. Very thin on the ask. Once buying hits the bid should tighten up as well.

With no news driving, this activity could be frontloading.
For what, is anybody's guess.

The shell looks to be clean and with no assets and no obligations, it should be cheap & easy to catch up on the filings and become current.
