First I am a newbie to investing in stocks I have done MUtuals for many years, stocks are so much different. I didn't know what this was and was asking a honest question I do read both boards because one thing I have learned is you must read to invest and get other peoples views to help me learn what different filings are all about, but please don't respond to me if you are DRUNK. I am a newbie and alls I was doing was asking a question because the only stupid question is the one that isn't asked. EOM
