Thank you for the response. It will certainly be interesting to see how everything plays out. I know there are many here that know a heck of a lot more than i do about MOSH. Perhaps others can shed some light but here are some other things i've been thinking about: MOSH is a trust, so if these properties are to be developed, who will develop them? Perhaps they will need to partner with someone to do the work? Would Woodside develop them? PXD? Also, if the properties are valuable, would a sale of these properties be possible? I would think that shareholders would get the proceeds which could be very large if the properties are valuable. If we settle the lawsuit, these valuable propertie MOSH has interest in wouldn't just disappear. Thus, the value of MOSH clearly is a lot higher than the $20-$30 million market cap we are trading at, no?
