Ronpopeil, to answer this MOSH question...

From the way it was mentioned from Mike, he made it seem like it would be up to the shareholders. I think we would have all of the options for gains as what we have previously discussed. It sounded like the Plaintiff (the Shareholders) are very much in control.

That was touched on lightly as I vaguely remember him speaking on the matter. What stuck out the most when that topic was being discussed was when he mentioned that there might be some huge valuation for the properties, but he mentioned that it would be very hard to get to. I think he said because of the huge amounts of water that would have to be dug/drilled around.

By all means, there are many more people that are much more knowledgeable about MOSH than I. Any longs, please piggy back on these comments to chime in to state if they make sense or not.
