hi sterling, good morning. been updating and finally got here. this is an interesting article and excerpt.

RE:
with no pix as you showed them so well.

INSN & MSFT Confirmed Talks…

Before I get to the MSFT confirmation with INSN, there’s a little more you will need to understand. Yesterday I spoke to who I call the Queen of Insynq; Joni Mann. We had a great conversation.

We started out talking about how their software could benefit many of the military members around the world at various installations. I told her that I think I could get her to the right people. I told her that a huge Government contract would help them and the military members.

** She then told me that one of their clients are already Government related which is the Civil Air Patrol. She told me that the Civil Air Patrol has over 80+ Wing Commands that are running off of their system. That’s a lot of business to me for some small time software company. She further told me that I could call them and speak to them about how well they love what they have been offering them with their software. She told me to go to the website below to research the Civil Air Patrol to contact them:

http://www.cap.gov/index.cfm?nodeid=6081&audienceID=4
OPERATIONS
Performs 90 percent of nation’s inland search and rescue 75 lives on average saved per year Aerial reconnaissance for homeland security Disaster relief and damage assessment Transport for time-sensitive medical materials Counter-narcotic missions.

** She then told me that Insynq (INSN) is one of only two companies that Intuit allows to legally host their quick book accounting products. She told me that Intuit is one of their partners, but wasn’t initially about 6 or 7 years ago. She said that Intuit has just come on board to see the value of their software. She told me that Intuit is now one of their partners as they had signed a licensing agreement with them 2 years ago. She told me that they have over 2500 quick-book users that are running on their servers. Reference below the Intuit website:
http://www.intuit.com/

What started me on this quest for information was a PM I received from someone who has a friend that works for Microsoft and asked him if he had ever heard of a company called Insynq and the software that they have. His answer to them was no, but then he asked me if I had ever heard of a company called “Insynq” and… well, you know the rest.

She then told me that they are in talks with Microsoft (MSFT). She said that they have an outstanding relationship with MSFT and they have been partners with MSFT for nearly 10 years. Believe me, Microsoft would not have INSN as a partner for nearly 10 years if they were anything other than the real deal. She told me that MSFT likes and are interested in many things that they are doing, but right now they are in talks about what she called their Appgen Small Business Unit. (I verified the spelling from an old INSN filing).

She told me that MSFT primarily uses the Large Scale Accounting Unit which is basically known as the high end accounting or what is also known as dynamics accounting for MSFT. She told me that this is the general application for MSFT and that I could go to the website below to verify:
http://www.groovecomputing.com/

The small end or small office accounting is basically quick book hostings and that I can go to the website below to verify:
http://www.cpaasp.com/

Also, something very big to note, MSFT were the ones who actually built their technology. Again, MSFT’s affiliation with INSN as their partner for nearly 10 years is very huge. They would not have ever wasted their time if INSN had nothing of value on a professional and successful level.

When I asked her about the share structure and other related stock questions, she told me that she has no idea of what is happening with the stock or any information related to the investing side of the house. She said that she only focuses on the Operational side of the house to grow the company. She said that I would need to speak to John Gorst, the CEO. I didn’t tell her, but personally I don’t like speaking with the CEO because he doesn’t tell you anything.

I asked her that many of the things will sound too good to be true to some people and that rather then have me tripping over my words with trying to explain to people all the great things y’all have going on, can I have people simply call you? Her answer was yes! Sure! She said that she loves her job and that she thinks that the whole world should know about Insynq and what they have to offer.

I told her that I wanted to make sure she understood what she was saying yes to (LOL). She then said that if I was sure that I could get enough people, she would love to do a conference call for everybody. I think ya’ll know what happened then… heck… I almost fainted (LOL)! Heck, I never organized a conference call before so I ask that anyone with experience to please come forth and dive right in to lead this.

With the above info, I ask that everyone, please call Joni Mann, the Executive Vice President and Director of Operations for Insynq (INSN), to ask her about her conversation with a guy name Sterling (me). Ask her about the things I mentioned above to have her confirm these things for you. At your earliest convenience, please call her at 253-857-9400. Listen for the options then select option 9 to get to the company’s directory. Then press the #6 representing the letter “M” for Joni’s last name of Mann. Then confirm the things I have confirmed with INSN. Please call me at 210-387-7957 if there is any disparity or if anyone needs to speak with me about anything.

All I can say is that a lot that we all hope for with many of these penny stocks that many of us are already in; INSN is already there for where we would hope with many to have for operational existence, affiliation of partners, and growth. I hope this helps!

stervc: COMMENTS ABOUT Insynq Inc 01.07/08
LaBellePoule, with your INSN thoughts...

I agree. I am seriously considering trying to see if the
entire military will use their software. I can't, but
imagine how things would have been if while I was over
in Iraq and other countries in between time, how much
easier things would have been if I could have logged on
to any computer on any government installation and been
able to retrieve my entire info and databases from
my home computer back in the states as if I was at home
logged into my computer. This is a huge demand I am sure.

I think eyes just need to get on it; the stock and the
company. I don't think we have any dilution concerns
here either with INSN since the company is making money
from what I see. INSN looks like it is going to turn
into a nice little penny stock to hold and see what materializes. IMHO

Based upon what I've been reading it seems that Appgen would be in direct competition with Cirtix and all the VM technologies out there. Does anyone know if Appgen has any advantages over their competitors?

Anyone in the business right now knows that virtualization is a HUGE buzz word in the industry. If Appgen can even get a small peice of the pie that would be huge for a triple zero stock. Look at the revenues for VMware and Citrix and you will know what I mean.
