Mick, China fan, & all...

INSN has a lot of potential from doing my DD. I think they had some debt to the tune of a couple million dollars a good while back, but I have heard some things that it was off-set somehow as it might be gone through some kind of debt to equity. Don't quote me on that just yet. I will try to contact the company to find out more about such along with ordering a financial report sometime tomorrow on Yahoo which was as of Jan 08 for 3 years back. That's still not bad considering they are generating Revenues from what I previously read. Heck, they might have paid such off themselves by now.

I'm not sure if y'all have seen this, but click on the link below to see how their software works:

I saw too where they had a mention for best product in one of the Forbes Magazine articles. I also saw where the Outstanding Shares (OS) per pink sheets.com is still 808,744,293 shares as of Feb 9, 2006.

I also saw that if we called investor relations, it would probably be confirmed to still be the same. I'll try to call them tomorrow to get that update too. If anyone wants to call before I do, the number is below:

Investor Relations Contact Information
irl@insynq.com
Phone: 253-284-2000

I am not sure how much I can help out, but I will try to contribute only when I have something of importance to share.
