#2747 RE: OTC BB King #2703

You could go back to my post a week or so ago responding to something. Probably about 12,000 posts ago. I myself do feel Woodside will come to the table after the hearing next week and after the judge has once again ruled in favor of the plaintiffs. Why does Pioneer seem to think she won't approve the trustee when she already stated that she agreed with the CSA between MOSH and JPM and appointment of a new trustee to clear up the standing issue? A path has been laid for plaintiffs to be successful. An a.s.a.p. resolution path has also been indicated. I've felt for some time now that Woodside has a strategy in mind and part of that is waiting until after this hearing and wanting to "talk". All the efforts of having us tossed out will have been exhausted and Woodside I believe will be wanting to have this resolved. One would think they'd be happy to lessen their blow by coming to us and getting out somewhat cheaper by throwing Pioneer under the bus as JPM has done. They also are most likely looking into scenerio's that not only lessen their blow, but open avenues to recoup their loss. WP, suing PXD, who knows, but I'm guessing they have some sort of plan in their various strategies set aside for however things continue to take place as the case progresses and certain scenerio's take place or new ones become present.

This is all, as is anything else I've stated before, just my thoughts, but after being involved with this for so long and being a unitholder for quite some time I've watched it all play out and think many of my thoughts on the whole deal are viable.
