Exactly, far too risky for them to let this go to trial. Seems like PXD's only defense was the standing issue. That is now resolved.

Do find it interesting that PXD was the only defendant to file a complaint begging that a new trustee not be allowed? Makes me think that maybe Woodside is starting to come around and may be jocking to be MOSH's new working partner? So maybe we have another codefendant throwing poor ole PXD under the bus? Hmm...
