This case has been ongoing for 2 and a half years and is finally coming to a head now. The Judge wants this case to be settled out of court, she wants it over with ASAP. If this goes to trial and PXD/Woodside lose, they will have to put up twice the amount, say $2.4 BILLION to just appeal the case. The writing is on the wall.
