If you have dealt with attorneys then you know it is not cut and dry, this could be several years in the process before you will see a dime providing they don't appeal and I would bet that they would. Counsel lives to keep things going in the courts providing they have a paying client. If they go for punitive damages and receive it, you can count on an appeal.
