I may lose it all but I am going to keep my few lotto tickets... I don't believe it will go to trial.. they have already raised $500 million dollars and I believe they want to settle out of court with MOSH.... No way would I be out if they settle.... You will have plenty of time to get out if it goes to trial before a judgement.....I see nothing but upside until at least Jan 16th.... jmo

What about the wells they recently put back online and the potential for more wells. What about the value of the leases they own?

I'm sure you did the DD required to understand and comment on MOSH....so please tell us more.

RE: MOSH-My reasons for buying are strictly chart related. If you look at it, it's about as golden as you can get. Going much higher based on that, let alone all of the other reasons people here better qualified than me have stated.
