MOSH if you want a RED FLAG.... This will be 100% loss when they get nothing from the lawsuit. If thats not a red flag I don't know what is. Best case scenerio they'll settle for a fraction of what they are seeking. If they win, this will get appealed and dragged out in courts for many months, more likely years.

Over years I been in a few plays like this and none of them worked out. In fact in a couple of my accounts I still have a couple tickers that are not trading anymore and are a sore reminder of the 100% loss to this day. Can't even get broker to delete those tickers after 5 years of them sitting there and stock not trading for years.

See there is lots of hype on this one so there will probably a push and it should be a good momo play. But major settlement payoff and $15 a share hype is nothing but a pipe dream. Trade the garbage for what it is, don't forget to take your profits. I'll be flipping this POS but you'd have to hold a gun to my head for me to hold this.
