JKJ: Do you have timeframe in mind for when you think a settlement is likely?? I am curious, because I think it has got to be before tax day. But this is just a guess based on timing...puts it about 9 months into the process.

i stand corrected. nok did "pay" for idcc's 2G for up to 1/1/2002.

ahhh....this is what we are waiting on.... is it a slam dunk? "others" seem to be waiting on nok arb to see if it was or not.

3G with ericy was my original point, that one still is a scratch that i can't itch.

I think you got it all wrong here as to what is "ARBITRATION". The job of an Arbitrator is to get two (or more) parties to AGREE ON A SETTLEMENT. It's not in the context of one side wins the other loses. In the event the two sides can't agree in arbitration it's back to the courts and the Judge will rule. Punkin611
