Crude-Dude, given my understanding of current board affairs, that the new board in the only board, then Lanza can't call a shareholder meeting on behalf of the company. But he can, I suppose, call a meeting of shareholders, just like anyone could. That might be what is going on, Lanza calling a little private meeting of shareholders. In this case, perhaps all the requirements don't apply.
I don't know, but we keep forgeting that Lanza no longer represents the board and I don't see where he has authority to call any meetings.
