crude-dude, I didnt say that the corp. attorney "called" the meeting, I only said that they indicated there was a meeting on that date, and note, I posted the PR put out by the attorney, you know, if infact the attorney did put out a false PR, they can, and should, be grieved to any Bars that he is a member of, if false, it is a definite ethical violation.

Drude-Dude, I appreciate your point, but it seems to me that even this might not be correct. Best I know, the new Board is the one and only board, and they didn't call the meeting. If this is correct, then the PR is not.
