Right - (Oct 22)The old board called the meeting. (Nov 8) New board is installed by consent of SH. Corp counsel, who claims to not represet either BOD, is trying to sort things out and probably wishes that the meeting would have occured on schedule as advertised.
soso, according to the PR put out by the Corp. Counsel for BDGR, he does not appear to recognize the "new" board as being legit, and he must have good basis to make such a comment or he would have some major ethics violation problems.
