Kenco, I can't believe you even want to argue this point. BD has lied so often about just about everything, that like I said, the only reasonable default position is that every BD PR is a lie.

Please read more carefully. The corporate counsel DID NOT call a shreholders meeting.

Mr Frohling was simply referring to the news release dated October 26, 2007

(PINKSHEETS: BDGR) announced today the board of directors has called for a shareholder meeting with the record date of October 31, 2007 and with the meeting date of Saturday, December 22nd, 2007. The Company is preparing a proxy for shareholders of that record date which will be out in the next three weeks.
