I respect how you feel, but we will have to respectfully agree to disagree with each other’s thought on that matter. Please understand that our experiences contribute greatly to why we think as we do for many reasons. I am only saying that it happens more than “once in a while” as you have stated.
I’m not sure how long or if you have been investing/trading penny stocks, but I can tell you that your thoughts are overly conservative to think such. Please don’t take what I just said the wrong way as it kind of sounds as if I am trying to be haughty with that delivery. Please, I am not as I am a Pawn as we all are in this game called the market. Still, some strategy is involved as I had mentioned in that earlier post where I stated the piece below…

Back when I was a very conservative investor when I use to only invest into mutual funds many years ago, I would have agreed with you. They are many other strategies to be considered for what I mentioned to transpire that depends on a variety of many different variables such as the share structure, news, its market, the hype, the substance, the financials, the management, the MMs, the liquidity, etc. as the list of variables could go on and on.
That post was made to be used as food for thought as it is definitely not the gospel. If anyone could get one thing out of that post that could be beneficial to them, then I am happy. We all will have our own styles and beliefs. I recommend taking out of that post what best fits your style and consider it. If it fits fine or if it does not fit, fine too. It’s nothing more than how I see things with trading/investing within the market.
