I agree with what you say about the exit process- but I think your $200 to $200,000 idea, while interesting is flawed, simply because it's hard to imagine being able to dump $50- $200,000 of penny stock all at once. It does happen once in a while, but it's somewhat rare.

IMO it could work for some small cap bigger board stocks trading in the $1- $5 once you had $20K because the liquidity and volume is certainly there. It just might take longer.

But interesting ideas.
