Is that Samsung notice to appeal?

Was the interest figure in line with expectations or was it higher. The $ amount looks higher than what I believe was estimated but I could be wrong.

re:6M prepayment credit- the presumption could be that this 6M was previosly reported as income. Anyone think IDC picks this up as income when the judgement is paid?

Doesn't look like the street is too impressed. Hopefully the company can surprise them with a new license or two, or at least 1 big one soon.
