This is not exactly complicated logic. This is a True/False statement. Let me spell it out for you.

1) EFFC can market CRAM/SDS
2) EFFC cannot market CRAM/SDS
3) If statement 1 is true, then statement 2 is false, and vice versa.

In this case, either the court order holds, or EFFC's claim hold. Since the court order still holds (i.e. statement 2 is true), then statement 1 is not true.

You claim again and again that my posts are basless... but you never had any proof to the contrary. Is it any wonder why people are fleeing this stock in droves?
