shares are in my account and show as shares not a number and are priced in the account. am told by schwab I can sell them anytime I choose though haven't done so yet.
also don't think stock has to be sent to transfer agent (that is what schwab told me). schwab said the stock could be sold that day. they indicated it was more a matter of internal accounting because the stocks went out as "jumbo certificates" but that there was no longer any trading restiction on the stock.
