You really don't get it do you...I was being sarcastic about Hank's word...you know, calling them the Hankees in a demeaning and sarcastic tone would seem to convey that.

Furthermore, I'm not worried about the Yankees and them playing the Twins. The Twins play in the best division in baseball, so they have enough to worry about there. I'm worried about teams trying to take away the Twins' best player...especially with inferior offerings such as Melky Cabrera, an average to below average center fielder.

What do you mean he's not a man of his word? It seems to me Arod ate a plate full of crow and ended up taking a pay cut.

Hank said he wouldn't negotiate. He did not say Arod could NOT come back dragging his tail behind him.

It took a partner at GS to even get Hank to listen to Arod ASKING/BEGGING to come back. Boras represented him porrly and it wasn't the first time.
