I see it another desperate attempt to get rid of the ITC investigation. It is apparent that NOK does not want anything to do it with it.

The only license agreement in effect is the TDD agreement. There is no license agreement for the CDMA or HSDPA patents in the dispute.

What aqre they front running? We had no clue why we were going lower again and bam another Nokia filing I think we just went from 22 we are now 16.67 you can't be that dumb!
