what are they front running? nothing has been decided, it is just a filing to try and confuse and delay, nothing else. we will have to wait for IDCC's response and the decision from the judge before it is time to "panic". in the mean time, the case continues to go forward whether sam and nok like it or not...
too much worry and credance being given to nok's latest foray to delay without all facts and responses....
