Zeev: Wave doesn't make the TPM. Chipmakers like Infineon and Atmel and National do. The point is that this Acer PC uses an Intel 865 motherboard that is equipped with a TPM. Thus, Intel TPM-equipped motherboards are shipping. Wave's ETS is included on Intel's hardware-installation CD for the D865GRH motherboard.
Proliferation of TPM's is good for Wave not because Wave makes TPM's but because Wave is a services company that has successfully campaigned to have the PC industry establish -- as a requirement for trusted computing -- a client-side hardware component (called a TPM) that supplies the resources necessary for Wave's services.
