1. Could you please tell us why the military would want a "technology demonstrator" that doesn't work? Link to your proof please.
2. Doesn't the military, since lives depend on it, usually use proven finished equipment, that actually works, and not early prototype, "demonstrators", that don't work? Link to your proof please.
