No no, in the 88 million the CL shares should be included right? 85 plus 3 million. Not 91.

I think you are adding incorrectly...subsequent to your DD we aren't missing any O/S count...it should be 85M after Argo. You found Stalt providing it as 96M. That is a difference of 11M. 3M for CL and 8M yet to be retired. That is if RH is to be believed that 8M is to be retired. And, 3M to CL? Is it a coincidence that those AH shares reported totaled about 3M over the past few weeks?????????
