Maybe, haven't sat through all that and tried to figure it out. My quick conclusion is that there is at least roughly 3 mil shares unnaccounted for per the last email I recieved.

Last Pr stated would leave the OS at 85mil+

As EOD yesterday Stalt number is 96+mil

Minus 8+ mil from stalt numbers for shareholder=88+mil

Add 3 mil for CL=91mil +/- OS

With these 2 added variables he told me today, it should be roughly 88mil

Will look over in more detail what you said...but at the very least we are still looking for the details on 3mil shares in the OS.
