I cautiously agree! It actually gave me a glimmer of hope. I had to tee-hee a little when I read that email from the “IR” person explaining that Rizvi (Roger’s alter ego perhaps) “hijacked” the company’s Edgar codes and filed false filings with the SEC. For those of us who have been around for a while, it sounds like another setup for an opportunity for Roger to tell us how CBAY has been wronged (again!) and how he’s gonna call in the FBI and the SEC to find and punish all the bad people picking on the company (including those vicious shorts), if ONLY he can find them. It's just got this "familiar" ring to it.

I can almost picture Roger sitting behind his computer playing with his Edgar codes (and us)! (lol) The man has no shame.

I also believe Wick as recieving the email.
A few weeks ago, Wick helped uncover the paid property taxes. He has provided info that would be seen as both good and bad regarding the stock.

Wick was it the new TA, Robert Wood, that gave you the company contact info?

I agree with that, its not all doom and gloom, seems to me the company is moving foward!!! for those asking how i got that email ... After calling the new ta many times and explaning to them that i could not contact the company as none of their numbers or anything worked, I finally got a nice woman there who gave me that email address and told me that, they had been able to contact cal bay there, so i emailed and those 2 emails are what i recieved... I URGE!!! everyone to call the new TA ask em for contact info for calbay ask them who they are in contact with from CAlbay.. and send an email to that email address..... That is what i have done and that is the info i got back...... GL

stervc....I hope when you get the time you will give us some of your thoughts on the latest happenings with CBAY. The email has now been proven to be legit and it is looking like a negative situation regarding the Rizvi CBAY filings. I know you must have some more thoughts about this. To me....it's not looking so good IMHO.
