not to mention the biggest detail almost everyone is overlooking is the fact that IF the filings are false, CAL-BAY now has an address where they can be tracked down and could face jail-time. Also, if roger was running the show, do you think since he has people that are indeed looking for him (not to shake his hand either) would put an address where he can be found or contacted through? i HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt it. to me this is screaming the exact opposite of "scam" instead, its starting to sound like this company is on its way to success. imo.

I have not seen proof of what you state, so I think you are only deducing that he is such, based upon various "possible" Rizvis that were Googled onto this board. To understand my theories, you need to keep in mind MY basic assumption that there is no Rizvi at Cal-Bay except as roger's alter ego or puppet. I would not be surprised to find that Rizvi is just a composite that our ol boy created from his own Google search. Kind of like the ventriloquist uses his dummy to do his evil deeds so the blame does not fall on himself. Therefore I must believe that our ol boy himself did make those filings which he now admits were false (according to Wick's email).
