No I had not gotten in touch with the TA. I do know of enough people that have succeeded in contacting the TA though, but none have been able to get the official share structure as of today.
There is logic to support what may be termed as the good, the bad, and the ugly, but it looks like we are going to have to wait on CBAY to release such in another filing or PR.
