as to SVET bid. I dare say it was bought out by GMFX. I dont see any reasonable motivation for this kind of "partnership". I think also that issuing clas B shares shall prevent hostile takeover.
apropos of GGI and 25M after RS, i cannot make tail of it also. maybe Q results give us a clue.
