I never saw a man hung from a four foot christmas tree when he is say five feet tall.It looks like it could happen from all the post on this board.I was really serious on my first two post yesterday.I was asking for answers regarding GGI OS shares or if the company may have placed the twenty four million in private hands after the RS.What would be the conversation rate the first thirty days after the RS for GGI and how much debt was reduced by the share conversations of GGI? What is anyone take of a complete change of management,BOD by shareholders and SVET bid? Does anyone have any serious thought if the proxy to increase was approved or denied by shareholders?I say again it appears GMFX management,BOD has to get serious with SVET or there is going to be a shareholder class action lawsuit.Management,BOD has a duty to its shareholders to allow a company to give all a much higher price.The RS price would be a start but I would think it would be higher.Maybe the hostile bidder is bought out by GMFX.If they were able to raise the capital it would be the best in the long run.This SVET sounds like they really need GMFX.Why does GMFX management,BOD make a statement to its shareholdrs? Is it possible GMFX sues SVET for SEC violations and the damage its caused the company and its shareholders?I understand everyone has lost so much but its time to get past this and move foward or on to something else.I hope there is someone out there wanting to talk serious about the company.Negatives,positives if any.
