Thanks for the reply.I think anyone long for years are in trouble unless you have a deep pocket.Its hard to throw good money after bad.I can make no sense of filings.All will have to wait to see if they explain alot in the next.Never saw a RS of 1000 to 1 lose 97% in such little time.There is always a first for everything.I expect a shareholder lawsuit against the company,management and BOD soon.They are supposed to act in the best interest of shareholders.Management screwed shareholders with the RS and then super screwed them since.I would like to think management would state the total OS shares and what is outstanding to GGI.I do hope GGI was full up 9.9% when the RS took place.Management has allowed GGI to cause serious damage over the years to shareholders and continued with this false,misleading statement regarding the SEC filing stating 7.6 million on RS date.Then filing another one soon after with 31.6 million.What a trap that took place.If you did not sell you got screwed.If you bought you were screwed.From my understanding many were not allowed to sell for days after the RS and the price was already down huge.Now the insiders,mm will buy and sure enough there are fools born everyday that will buy.Unless they give some serious insight before or on the next SEC filing.I will be on the side line.I do own some shares but not like 99% of these screwed investors.There needs to be a complete management change.The BOD should resign.I suggest the better.Fire everyone of them.
