Me I'm still amazed. Looks like a personal vendetta between some people (shareholders) that know much more than us regarding the inside issues. However the bankrupcy of Bio I believe that's a good sign. Seems that there are no contracts at all by some posters insiders. Of course the only point to make a sell is cram (if there is one - see Mr,Temple posting).

It could still be a problem. Just because they have initiated bankruptcy proceedings does not mean the intellectual property does not exist anymore. It is still an asset of the company (if it was and unless proven otherwise by a judge). The trustee has to proceed in a manner that is best for the company (and its shareholders) during the bankruptcy reorganization (or liquidation) until the judge rules.
