true mide.....but the mere filing of 04 does NOT put them in compliance......they still can not raise money any better than if they did it today......iow ALL the reports need to be out before they can raise any serious money.....if they need money now then they will just have to bite the bullet and do it while they are NOT in compliance.....filing just the 04 is NOT going to get them off the pinks or put them in compliance....this is NOT a game of horseshoes.....close does NOT count.....u can NOT almost be in compliance....either u is or u isn't.LOL.....they won't be in compliance until all reports are up-to-date.....meaning come mid nov they will need the 10K for 04....Q's and 10K for 05....and the 3 Q's of 06(right now its just 2 Q's for 06).
the funny part about the whole thing is that no one will/should care what they say.....we kinda already know what 04 and 05 are......06 is the only question.....but we all know it can't be good......Q1 will still have centerline.....but Q2/3 won't have any revs in them....just magic money and whatever was sold into the JV.....iow NOT much......so ironically this has nothing to do with what the reports say....its about getting compliant so they can get back to the OTC and raise money.
