Owl...in a perfect world with a well funded company...I would agree. This is clearly not the case here. And for all the world any funding monies that this company may have in line to go forward, are tied for obvious prudence to the 2004 financial updates....as they are the key to the rest of the financial cascade releases going forward.

I would think any apparent funders would want to see compliance.

Clearly, there is obvious linkage here and GTEM has to need money at this point.
